The University of Sunderland is pleased to invite you to the Launch Event of the UKSPF Sunderland Skills and Inclusion Programme (SSIP) at Hope Street Xchange on 6th September 2024, 8:30-11:00am.
The programme will bring £2,566,930 to the City of Sunderland to support the residents, employees and businesses, through fully funded training.
There will be more than 100 fully funded courses available from the University of Sunderland and 11 delivery partners, covering a complete range of levels and disciplines, from one-day starter classes to accredited courses.
The programme aims to incentivise employers to invest in skills to drive the economy of the region and support inclusion. The programme will be evaluated to learn lessons for future skills policy.
We look forward to welcoming businesses and organisations, key stakeholders, and partners to discover what the Programme will do to drive productivity, develop skills and support inclusion within Sunderland.
